Terms of service

Who we are

This website is run by Jasher Organic Products LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Stillwater, Minnesota.

How ordering works

Orders on this website are requests. Nothing is charged here, and an order request is not accepted until we confirm it by email.

Our confirmation gives your total, including any delivery fee, and how to pay.

Products and availability

Mushrooms are a living crop and harvests vary. If we cannot fill part of your order, we will tell you before harvest day and offer a substitute or take that item off your order.

Photos on this website are illustrations, not photos of our own harvests. Size, shape and color vary from harvest to harvest.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The total in our confirmation email is the price you pay.

Food safety

Cook mushrooms before eating. Do not eat any mushroom that is slimy, smells off or shows mold. If you have a mushroom allergy, check with your doctor before trying a new variety.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
