What we collect

When you send an order request, a wholesale inquiry or a message from this website, we get what you put in it:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address, if you ask for delivery
• What you ordered and any notes you add
• For wholesale inquiries, your business name and what you are looking for

How it reaches us

This website does not store or send your form details itself. The checkout, contact and wholesale forms open your own email app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email. It goes to our inbox, a Gmail account operated by Google.

How we use it

We use your information to fill and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Payments

Nothing is charged on this website, and we do not collect card details here. When we confirm your order by email, we tell you your total and how to pay.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your cart and cookies

Your cart is stored only in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. We do not see it unless you send it to us in an order request. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking.
