A small mushroom farm in Stillwater.
Jasher grows gourmet mushrooms indoors in Stillwater, Minnesota, for the people who cook with them nearby.

“Rooted in the Abundance of Nature. Grown with Purpose.”
Zipporah Phiri started Jasher in 2025 with a simple idea: grow the mushrooms she wanted to cook with, close to home, and pick them the day they are eaten. Plenty of store-bought mushrooms travel a long way to reach Minnesota. Ours travel a few miles.
We grow indoors in a climate-controlled space, which lets us keep temperature, humidity and fresh air steady through Minnesota winters and summers. That control is what makes delicate varieties like lion's mane possible here.
We are still small, and we like it that way for now. Every harvest is picked by hand and packed in paper for kitchens a short drive from the grow room.
